Introduction
“Some believe black cats bring bad lucks. Well, it is bad luck if you're a mouse.” - Runa.Runa's underground name is "Black Cat" because of the misfortune that lies in her wake.Even though she is still a ‘rookie’ and the youngest member of BSAA North America, she always completes a mission with 100% accuracy.
Personality
A Black Cat.She is the strong silent type, lady of few words. Always observing and analyzing situations before getting involved. She may seem shy to some, but make no mistake, she is merely bored and is thinking of greater things. May have a lot to say but does not say it. Often settles problems alone and is more than capable of it.For the few who get to know her a close and loyal friend she will find. Runa is a nomad, forever roaming the world, she couldn't stand still in a place. Hence why, it may hard to find her because she has no certain favorite place to visit.However, she is not judgemental and is easy to confide in. A beloved friend, though not always around. She may not understand your affection, but will always return friendship.
Combat Ability
Her marksmanship also well-known among the trainees in BSAA North America. All thanks to Piers Nivans. She is an extremely skilled marksman, able to accurately shoot the target, and make a number of bullets hit at exactly the same time as well as ricochet bullets off of multiple surfaces and effectively hit a target.
Runa has shown remarkable speed and agility when running, as well as being able to run through an entire crowd to get to her target without their notice. She has also shown that he can wield her gun like a melee weapon and hit people to avoid shooting them.
Combat Equipment
She uses a black SIG Sauer M400 rifle. Once it captures prey, it never misses its target until the target is defeated.
She uses Desert Eagle Mk. XIX handgun. Although she carries it with her on a regular basis, few people have actually seen her shoot it.
She uses M4A1. The barrel is engraved with the phrase, "All is in vain. No matter how far you go, it's all just emptiness."
Background Story
Early LifeTsuna XIII was created in 2008 as a clone of Tsuna Inoue, the late daughter of Reno and Yuka Inoue. They both are researchers from Lotus Corporation, focused on biochemistry.Their main purpose in creating Tsuna XIII was to alleviate their pain and conceal the reality that their daughter had passed away. In conclusion Tsuna XIII arrived to ease the pain of her parents.Tsuna XIII initially lacked a lot of the typical human expressions. Hence, they couldn't avoid making so many reforms on her. Inoue couple kept trying, but couldn't construct Tsuna XIII until they eventually put Tsuna Inoue's heart in the 13th attempt to her body.She has had several expressions since that time, though not as many as Tsuna. The Inoue couple's loneliness is alleviated only by looking at her smile. They gave Tsuna XIII a new name instead of thinking of her as Tsuna's replacement. Now, she has been known as Runa Inoue.Runa was brought up in the same manner as common child, yet the only exception she received was school life experience. Instead, her parents educated her at home. Additionally, Runa's brain is composed entirely of machines, which allows her to process information more quickly and have a much broader perspective than kids her age.
